AmeriTech College focuses on providing technical training to students who want to move rapidly into the work force, and creating career opportunities for people in the medical professions. AmeriTech has a unique educational model that delivers a hands-on approach to learning with an emphasis in bringing the "real world" of medical professions into the classroom in order to provide the best possible training for our students.

Programs offered:

Dental Lab Technician - Diploma

AmeriTech College's Dental Lab Technician program is a 40-week program offered at the Draper campus which teaches our students the art of creating the perfect smile. There is an increased demand for dental work which is providing great opportunities for talented Dental Lab Technicians. Dental Lab Technicians are artistic, self-motivated, and work in a thriving industry that provides unlimited growth potential. Some will even progress to own their own laboratories.

The objectives of the Dental Lab Technician program are to teach students how to be productive and valued Dental Lab Technicians and to enable them to carry out the entry-level employment responsibilities required by dental labs. Students are taught using the PTC (Productivity Training Corporation) Skill Learning System for producing precisely fabricated crowns and bridges using a variety of materials to closely resemble natural dentition. This course stresses producing a high-quality product and learning the skills to produce the quantity of work necessary to become gainfully employed as a Dental Lab Technician.
