The Houston Southeast Campus will offer day and evening classes, financial assistance (available for those who qualify), and help with resumé development, interviewing tips, and job placement through the dedicated efforts of its Career Services Department.

Remington College – Houston Southeast Campus works with local employers who comprise its Program Advisory Committees. The Program Advisory Committee reviews the curriculum, equipment and facilities for each program to assure that the campus's programs are appropriate in length and content and those facilities, including the laboratories, library and other learning resources, are sufficient and appropriate to serve the needs of both students and employers.

Dental Assisting - Diploma

Almost all dental offices employ one or more dental assistants. In the office, the person working directly with the dentist during patient procedures is the dental assistant.

Each state has a dental practice act that governs which duties dental assistants can perform. This varies from performing invasive procedures, such as placing retraction cord and dental dams, to non-invasive procedures, such as patient education. Dental assistants enable dentist to care for many more patients and to produce much more dentistry than they could alone. With training from Remington College you will have the skills and knowledge that will enable you to qualify for entry-level positions in the dental office.

Medical assistants have become an important part of the health care team and their responsibilities continue to expand as the need for their services grows. The objective of the Medical Assisting Program is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to qualify for entry-level positions, such as: medical assistant, administrative assistant, medical receptionist, or medical insurance biller.

Medical Billing and Coding - Diploma

The objective of the Medical Billing and Coding Program is to provide graduates with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to qualify for entry-level positions in medical insurance billing. The program takes about 8 or 9 months to complete. When you complete the Medical Billing and Coding Program, you will be awarded a diploma and should have the basic skills and knowledge to start your career as a medical coder.
