In addition, those with an associate's degree in another unrelated program but are working in the health care field may be eligible for admission. This program is designed to prepare the student to become a leader in a health services organization. The BSHSA degree program also includes a unique opportunity to spend 2 quarters in a health care organization exploring the intricacies of health services administration. During these 2 quarters, you will be asked to identify and implement a performance improvement or management project that can enhance your understanding of the field while offering a tangible benefit to the health care organization.
