Apollo College

Apollo College is a recognized leader in private education with over 50,000 graduates. Apollo offers practical, real-world education to its students. Specially designed degree and certificate programs are based on small class sizes. The small classes and individual attention from first-rate instructors encourage lively interaction and allow students to get the best practical hands-on experience.

The faculty and support staff is the best; helping to ensure that students get the personal attention they need while attending the college. As the demand for better-educated workers continues to grow, so does Apollo College, expanding its course offerings and campus sites in order to meet the needs of both students and employers across the Western United States.

Accreditation

Each of the Apollo College campuses is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award Associate of Science degrees, Associate of Occupational Studies degrees, diplomas, and certificates. The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Dental Assistant

The competent Dental Assistant is a combination of chairside assistant, technician, and office manager. The Dental Assistant works with the dentist during the treatment of patients, becoming the dentist's second pair of hands. The Dental Assistant curriculum includes dental assisting theory, laboratory instruction and clinical experiences in area dental offices. The applicant must possess a high school diploma or GED.
